Project Archaeologist
MCA is currently seeking a permanent, full-time Project Archaeologist. Pay is competitive and will be based on experience and permitting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in archaeology or closely related field
- At least one year full-time professional experience in cultural resources management
- Research and writing proficiency, including authorship of CRM industry reports (writing samples required)
- Proficiency in Arizona and/or Southwestern prehistoric and historic archaeology
- Able to conduct archaeological fieldwork (predominately field survey) in harsh, desert and mountain environments
- Able to work and camp in primitive field and camping conditions
Archaeologst- Field Director

- Able to conduct archaeological fieldwork (predominately field survey) in extreme heat and cold in desert and mountain environments
